Registered postal stationery envelope 'six cent' pink upgraded with Yvert 65, 1c black )on reverse) and Yvert 70, 14c orange tied by oval Teheran date stamp with hand-struck oval 'R', addressed to the Netherlands with Rotterdam receiver on reverse '16th April 92'. Very fine and scarce.
