Registered envelope (with British Consulate imprint) addressed to Surinam, Netherlands West Indies bearing Persia Yvert 74, 1c violet (3), Yvert 75, 2c green (5), Yvert 76, 5c blue (pair), Yvert 77, 8c brown (pair). Yvert 78, 10c yellow and Yvert 80, 1k orange-red tgied by octagonal Rescht date stamp '27th April 1895' with circular 'R' hand-stamp, carried over the Caspian Sea to Baku via Russia with framed 'Ned. W. Indies/ Stoomschepen/ Rechtstreeks' on face and Paramaribo arrival '29th June 1895'
