Air Mail envelope addressed to Essex bearing Iraq SG 43, 1 1/2a scarlet and SG 45, 3a blue tied by Bagdad double ring, underpaid with circular hand-stamp 'T' and '2 1/2d' bearing Great Britain SG D10, 1/2d emerald and SG D13, 2d agate tied by Colchester receiver with 'Found Open or Damaged and Officially Resealed' label tied.
