Depot, Hinaidi, Iraq' bearing Great Britain SG 419, 1d scarlet and SG 420, 1 1/2d red-brown tied by Whyteleafe/Surrey double ring with hand-struck instructional 'Insufficiently Paid/For Air Mail Transmission' in violet on face. Very fine.
