(Iraq). 1932. registered Air Mail envelope addressed to Switzerland bearing Iraq Yvert 63, 1/2a green (pair), Yvert 64, 1a brown, Yvert 65, 1 1/2a carmine (2) and Yvert 67, 3a turquoise (4) tied by Bagdad double ring with matching registration label and hand-struck instructional 'Late Fee/ Annas Three' in violet on face with Lausanne arrival. A superb example of this scarce Late fee hand-stamp (Not recorded by Proud).
