Air Mail envelope addressed to India bearing India SG 248, 1/2a brown and SG 270, 2a vermilion tied by Kuwait/Persian Gulf double double ring with 'Opened by Examiner' label tied by dramed 'Crow/Passed/DHC/30' censor hand-stamp with Bombay arrival. Unoverpinted stamp of India were used in Kuwait between 1941 and 1945.
