Surgeon, U.S.N.' addressed to New York routed via North Borneo bearing North Borneo SG 94, 2c black and carmine (pair) and SG 100, 5c orange and black tied by Kudat date stamp '2nd Jul' routed via Labuan (Victoria) with transit '7th July' on reverse, underpaid with Labuan 'T' hand-stamp with m/s '2 1/2c' in violet crayon and charged with hand-struck 'Collect Postage/ 1 Cents' on arrival and bearing United states postage due 1 cent carmine,forwarded from New York and Newark to Minnewaska '17th Aug 99'.
