Envelope written from Canada addressed ton Manila bearing Canada SG 531, 5c ultramarine tied by St. Stephen/N.B. roller, underpaid with circular 'T/6' hand-stamp and bearing Philippines SG 896, 1s chestnut (block of four) tied by Manila receiver with framed instructional 'Short Paid 04 Ctms' in violet on face. Scarce item.
