Great Britain postal stationery envelope 'two pence' blue cancelled by Bromley slogan addressed to the Philippines with 'Opened by Examiner/ 2334' label, underpaid with 'T' hand-stamp and hand-struck 'Postage Due 04 Cvos' on face with 'Postage Subsequently Paid' and bearing Philippines SG 563, 2c yellow-green (pair) applied and tied on arrival by Baguio receiver. Very nice item of Philippines postage due mail.
