Pre-stamp envelope written from Porto dated '15th March 1836' addressed to London, routed via Lisbon with m/s 'Forwarded by Finnie & Medicott/ Lisbon 18th March 1836', routed via Falmouth on the steamer "Glasgow" of the Peninsular Steam Navigation Company, hand-struck framed 'Falmouth/Ship Letter (Robertson S6) in red on face and rated '1/8' in m/s. Very fine.
