Envelope addressed to Elizabethville, Belgian Congo bearing Lorenzo Marques SG 136, 2 1/2c violet and Mozambique 'charity War Tax' SG C234, 1c green tied by octagonal Inhabana date stamp '16th Sept' with circular 'Passed by Censor' on face in blue, underpaid with Belgian Congo Yvert 67, 25c blue and black with framed 'Taxes' hand-stamp of Katanga and Elisabethville arrival '30th Sept' on face and forwarded to New York. Very rare postage due mail from Portuguese East Africa to Kantanga. Superb exhibition item.
