Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to New York bearing SG 253, 1a olive, SG 262, 15a orange, SG 263, 20a blue and Air Mail SG 273, 5a blue, SG 274, 10a lake, SG 275, 20 a green and SG 278, 1p magenta (2) mixed with 'New York Exhibition 1939-1940' surcharge on SG 276 50a brown tied by Dilly date stamp '2nd Ap 40' with boxed hand-struck 'R/ Dilly' routed via Singapore with triangular 'Passed for Transmission/ Singapore' in violet with circular 'K' and '30' on face with Grand Island/ New York arrival 'May 10' on reverse. The Exhibition stamps on cover are rare. Not listed by Gibbons.
