Stamp-less envelope addressed to France written from Madeira dated '25th October 1868' cancelled by Funchal double ring '23rd Oct', endorsed 'via Anglaise', charged '1s' in m/s with double arc 'Falmouth - Ship - Letter' dated '31/10' (Robertson S. 9), with 'London Ship Letter' in red (Robertson S. 33) on reverse 'Nov 2' with bold framed Anglo-French accountancy 'GB/ 1f 60c' , hand-struck '6d' with French entry cachet and Paris arrival '3rd Nov' and charged with hand-struck '10' on face.
