Envelope written by 'Rene Vuilleumier, French Consul Agent in Quelimane' addressed to France bearing Mozambique SG 262, 10c brown-orange (unsurfaced paper) and 'Postage Due' SG D 255, 50c grey (3) tied by octagonal Quelimane date stamp in blue-green '1st July 29' with Seine arrival on reverse '7th Aout'.
Nice mixed usage with postage dues.
