Stamp-less envelope written from 'Sociedade Alema de Beneficencia' with hand-stamp in blue on reverse, endorsed 'Service Prisonniers de Guerre' addressed to 'Comite General de la Croix Rouge, Agence des Prisonniers de Guerre, Geneve' with 'Aberto Pela Censura/ Lourenco Marques' label on reverse tied by octagonal 'Lourenco Marques dispatch date stamp '24th Oct 18' and oval 'Provincia de Mozambique/ Reparticao de Information/ Quartel General' in carmine, also on front, routed via South Africa with bilingual 'Opened by Censor/ Geopend door Censor' (red on white) label tied by Cape Town transit '16th Nov' with circular 'Passed - Censor/ 15/ 99' struck twice and 'Passed By Censor/ 99' on face.
