Envelope addressed to Katanga, Belgian Congo bearing Rhodesia SG 190, 1d carmine (pair) tied by Bulawayo/ Southern Rhodesia in blue '26th Dec 19' , underpaid with Belgian Congo Yvert 65, 10c carmine and black with framed 'Taxes' hand-stamp of Katanga and Elisabethville arrival '12th Jan 1920' on face. Very rare postage due mail from Rhodesia to Katanga. Superb exhibition item.
