Liberia postal stationery envelope '3 cents' brown upgraded with 'Service' Yvert 45, 1c black and green (pair) tied by Monrovia date stamp 'Aug 16' routed via Freetown '19/8' with 'G Arms R/ Officially Sealed' label black on salmon with hand-struck 'Opened by Censor' hand-stamp. A remarkable item of WW1 intercepted censor mail from Sierra Leone very few know. Ex Dan Mayo.
