Riders 704' and signed by the Captain, routed via Wellington with flag cachet 'June 11' , underpaid with circular 'To Pay/ 1/2d Insufficient Postage' and bearing New Zealand postage due SG D10, 1d green and carmine tied by Dunedin receiver '13 June 00' .
