Stamp-less envelope written from Havana dated 'Dec 10th 1855' addressed to France with British Post Office 'Havana' on reverse, routed via England with boxed Anglo-French accountancy 'Colonies/Art 18' in red with London transit and French entry cachet, charged with hand-struck '30' paying the double letter rate. Scarce 'Art 18' accountancy from Cuba only in use 1856 and this the First day of the scarce accountancy.
