Spanish Morocco. (Civil War). 1939. Registered mourning envelope addressed to the 'Duchess de Guise, Brussels' bearing Spanish Maroc Yvert 225, 40c orange and Yvert 228, 1p blue tied by framed 'Certificado Larache' '7th Feb 1939' with boxed registration hand-stamp in violet and 'Censur Militar/ Larache' in carmine on face and routed via Tetuan '9th Feb'.

The Duchess passed away in Larache in 1961 and her magnificent house is a still standing today.
