A Royal Decree document with translation in English from King Pradadhipok, Rama V11, Crown Prince of Siam on the nomination of 'Monsieur Cognacq' to the title of Knight Grand Cross dated '26th August 2469' in the Thai calendar or 1926. An extremely rare item with Royal Embossed seal and signed by the King. A superb group with photo of 'M. Cognacq' and family in Pnom Penh.
