Envelope written from the 'Consulate of Switzerland / Bangkok' addressed to 'The International Committee of the Red Cross, Geneva' bearing SG 256, 15s blue tied by bamboo chop with SG 306, 15s blue tied by Bangkok date stamp ( on reverse ) and circular '2' censor cachet in violet on face. Scarce item of Swiss Consul mail censored mail censored with Bamboo chop.
