Registered envelope addressed to New York bearing Thailand SG 239, 5s green, SG 240, 10s orange and black and SG 241, 15s carmine tied by Bangkok date stamp '5th Oct' with Provisional registration label 'R/ Siam/ P.O.5' routed via Penang with 'Passed by Censor' label tied by red wax seal 'Passed by Censor/ 2' on face and reverse with Brooklyn and New York /reg arrival 'Dec 12' on reverse. Very rare item only recorded 22nd Dec 1939. Exhibition item.
