Registered Advice of Receipt envelope addressed to Bandon, Surat Thani Province. bearing ''Victory'' SG 191, 10s olive brown and black (4) tied by bilingual Bangkok / 6 double ring '16th June' with registered label and framed hand-struck 'A.R.' ( Advice of Receipt ) with bilingual 'Post Office Phaan /Inland Section' on reverse with Bandon receiver '17/6' and forwarded to Bukitmertajam, routed via Haadyai '18/6' and Penang '19/6' with Bukit Mertajam arrival '21st June' with 'T' hand - stamp endorsed '10c' in blue crayon for the additional postage too Malaya. Very fine and rare item. Exhibition piece.
