Thailand. (French Occupation of Siam). 1904. Stamp less envelope addressed to France endorsed 'Troupes d' Occupation du Siam' cancelled 'Saigon Cochin. Corps Exped' double ring'1st Aout 04' with circular 'Detchement D'Occupation de Chantaboun - Siam / Le Commandant' and signed by the Commanding Officer. Very late use of mail during the Occupation sent after the Franco-Siamese Convention of 13th Feb 1904.
