Thailand. (Siamese World War One Expeditionary Force). 1918. Picture post card of 'L' Fontaine de Brouchere, Bruxelles' written by Siamese personal addressed to 'Lieutenant Colonel Phra Song Suradej, 3 Boulevard Delessert, Paris' endorsed 'F.M.' (French Militaire).

The ' Mission Militaire Siamese' Headquarters was set up at '3 Boulevard Delessert, Paris to coordinate with the Expeditionary Force and the French authorities.

Special regulations for Army personal deployed outside the Royal Territory (Siam) sending mail via the 'Military Post' (F.M.) were not required to pay postage and to use the camp's military mailboxes without the need to pay postage.
