Port of Spain/ Trinidad double ring 'Au 10 40' endorsed 'New York By Air and onward by Steamer' with circular 'Passed by Postal Censor/ 8' in violet with censor tape tied by 'Opened by Censor' hand-stamp with framed instructional 'No Service/ Return To Sender' (not noted in Proud) and 'Return/ To Sender' (with arrow) in violet (two years earlier than Proud) with 'Returned Letter Branch/ Trinidad' date stamp in red on reverse '10th August 40' . Very interesting item with instructional not noted by Proud.
