Brune & Sons/ Forwarded by/ Baltimore' on reverse in blue and Baltimore/ Md transit 'Jan 7th 1859' with 'New York/ 12' transit 'Jan 8' and octagonal 'Et Unis Serv. Am D Havre' date stamp '22nd Janv 59' in blue on face (Salles 1794), charged with hand-struck '8' with Bordeaux arrival '24th Jan'.
