Calif/ Centimes 10' duplex in violet with large circular 'Ec. C. and 'Dev/ 11' with hand-stamp 'Gecensureerd'/ 4' in carmine applied in Batavia.

Very nice item of uprated postal stationery paying the printed matter rate to Asia with 'Prexie' usage.
