Leon County, Florida' bearing United States "Washington" SG 62, 3c brown-rose tied by blue cork obliterator with adjacent Savanna/ GA in blue 'Feb 11 69.'

Forwarded to the Pensacola & Georgia Rail Road' who themselves became embroiled in scandal and fraud.
