PKT' dated '2nd Oct' and held for the British packet with circular 'Boston Br. PKT.' dated '10 Oct', London transit 'Oct 22' on reverse with manuscript '80' Dutch cent due rating.

Unusual item to have been sent by Prussian Convention Mail (AM. Packet) but delayed for the Cunard Line "Africa" sailing via Halifax to Liverpool with British Mail Treaty (Br. Packet) on reverse 8 days later.
