Unis Serv. Br. A.C.' ambulant in red '6th Avril', manuscript '2' in red crayon (debit to U.K.), manuscript '15' on reverse and framed triangular '1 1/2c/ Amsterdam' in blue with manuscript '12 1/2' cents Dutch due rating.
Printed circular sent by British Open Mails at Newspaper rate. Amsterdam applied triangular '1 1/2' cents marking in blue, a fiscal tax on all printed matter from foreign countries (Zegelrecht), not usually seen on front of covers but normally hand-stamped inside.
