A superb example of this scarce Late fee hand-stamp (Not recorded by Proud).

Air Mail envelope addressed to Batavia, Netherlands East Indies bearing Iraq 30f orange (pair) tied by Bagdad double ring '17th Aug 41' , endorsed 'By K.L.M.' and routed via Singapore with Singapore plain censor tape tied by 'Passed By/ Censor 132/ Singapore' on face and reverse and circular 'H' and '20' hand-stamps with 'Diboeka Oleh Censuur' label tied by 'Censuur/ 6' date stamp '26/8' with oval 'Ec. C. 11' in carmine on face.

Lovely item sent Air Mail via Singapore to the Netherlands Indies.
