Nice trio of envelopes from Herman Heiser who was interned early in the war by the short lived Stratford Camp before being transferred to Deepcut and Frimley Camps. Later in the war Heiser was at Knockaloe Camp on the Isle Of Man.

Small group of (12) censored covers addressed to Sidmouth, Devon, a few endorsed 'On Active Service' with stamp-less (4), bearing SG 352, 1/2d green (3) and SG 358, 1d red (5) tied by dumb cancels etc, with various censor hand-stamps 'Censored R.E.H.,' 'Passed by Ship Censor No 3', 'Censored Head Warmaster' and framed 'Passed Censor.' , in colours, violet, carmine and green, two with boxed 'Received From H.M. Ship/ No Charge To Be Raised' and two censored and signed. A nice lot.
